JAROSLAV VOJTEK, A FILM DIRECTOR AND CAMERAMAN
He was born in Žilina, Slovakia in 1968. He graduated from Direction of a Documentary Film at Film and Television Faculty of VSMU in Bratislava (1994 – 1999). Vojtek is the author of several documentaries: Blind Faith (1993), If Sound of a Bell Was Magic (1994), Hair II (1995), Tree (1995), She Does Not Know Me, Neither Do I Know Her (1996), Dreamer (1999), Unwanted Children (1999), At That Time On The East (2000), Aquarium (2001), Silly Boy and Here We Are (My zdes), supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic. He has participated in many film festivals such as European Short Film Festival in Krakow (Poland), Tel-Aviv (Israel), Munich and Aussburg (Germany), Febio Fest, Karlove Vary, Olomouc (The Czech Republic) and Short Film Festival in Greece.
